WELCOME - The 2006 Arthritis Foundation's 525 mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles was incredible and looks like has turned me into a roadie for good. The death of my trusty Toshiba Laptop prevented me from posting for a while. I also spent the last four days in the Carson City, Reno, Tahoe, and Mammoth. Got to do some hill training. This is a photo along Lake Mary Road in Mammoth. Cycled 4 miles with a vertical climb of 900 feet-it took 30 minutes.
