Rode home from work again. A 6 mile ride on La Palma to the Coyote Creek bike trail which merges with the San Gabriel River trail and all the way to Long Beach. Into the wind all 17.5 miles.

WELCOME - The 2006 Arthritis Foundation's 525 mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles was incredible and looks like has turned me into a roadie for good.
