WELCOME - The 2006 Arthritis Foundation's 525 mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles was incredible and looks like has turned me into a roadie for good. Ouch!! I didn't laugh at first, but I laughed the 2nd, 3rd and 4th times that I watched it...

Alright, that's $30 to my MS ride
I laughed.... but know this. I have been riding for years and I still fall victim to getting stuck in my pedals. In fact... I fell last Saturday while climbing a rocky section on my mountain bike.
I was able to complete two barrel rolls before getting a foot out.
Thanks for sharing Mike
I'm still watching this one every now and then.
