WELCOME - The 2006 Arthritis Foundation's 525 mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles was incredible and looks like has turned me into a roadie for good. It takes alot of dedication, time , and effort to make it this far. Enjoy the ride.
Thanks Jim for the good wishes. I wonder how many pedal revolutions it will take? Would you believe that someone asked if they should put the chamois butter on the inside or outside of the biking shorts?
